HILARY M. CHANEY:

Hilary handles social security disability claims at the Chaney Law Firm.  She works with clients who have been denied social security disability benefits and helps them negotiate the often complex and confusing social security appeals process.

Hilary spent four years as a civil litigator in Fayetteville, Arkansas.   Before that, she clerked for the Honorable Rebecca Beach Smith in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Hilary is thrilled to be in Arkadelphia practicing with family at the Chaney Law Firm.  She enjoys membership in the Clark County Bar Association, volunteering with Take 25, Junior Auxiliary, and P.E.O., and attending First Presbyterian Church.
